signal app very hard to get rid of!

I use it on my phone to keep in touch with family. It's good for that.....I also had a synced version on my desktop but found that it was an incredible memory hog and performance drag on the system. Recently doing some file clean up I decided that I only need it on the phone I hit uninstall. No cigar! Tried going to safe mode and then going back to uninstall....the damn thing fought me every step of the way and managed to stay installed. So over to you tube! I watched on video that showed how to use the built in uninstaller...opened the app and it wasn't visible! Hmmm....getting the feeling of virus with this thing now.

I went into the origin files and deleted them manually one by one.....still there! Amazing! Finally I downloaded the free version of REVO uninstaller and even this program had problems with the damn file....but patiently I went into the advanced settings and finally the uninstaller got the bastard!

I have to believe this was not accidental.

I read up on some bugs with the uninstaller but I don't buy it. An app like this commercially used the way it is does not behave like that randomly IMO.

So is that like Whatsapp?....Can you do international video calls and such?

Not that I'm hot to put it on my phone after hearing that horror story, just curious.

I have done local calls with it or should I say calls to my family in other states. It also does video calls.
