When was the last time you saw a gallon of ice cream or a pound of coffee? Anyone have a recipe older than 10 years where you can buy a can of the ingredients in the same number of ounces?

And those changes are taken into account when calculating inflation. If the price stays the same, but the amount of product Is less, that is recorded as a price increase.
