To any educated sane Jew this flag means "Death to all Jews" that's what it represents, an ideology with the extermination of Jews as an objective.

So why do magats claim to care about antisemitism when they do not call for the flag to be banned?

We know the burning was accepted as permissible by the Supreme court so if trump is prepared to challenge that why not challenge the supreme court permitting the Nazi flag?

There is a bill sitting with the US government that seeks to criminalize antisemitism, that includes punishing people for saying "Israel is a apartheid state" and similar statements. But I read the bill very carefully and it says nothing whatsoever about the Nazi flag, isn't that strange?

The short answer to the pantload OP is that even the burning of the American flag constitutes protected free speech.

Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397, 109 S. Ct. 2533, 105 L. Ed. 2d 342 (1989).

If it is speech to burn our nations’s flag, then on what basis, consistent with that determination, can we “ban” the ******* Nazi Germany swastika flag?
