Decades in prison for vandalism & protesting is BS imo.
Would YOU pardon or commute their sentences?
The next president shouldn't have to pardon the non-violent Jan 6th protesters.

They shouldn't have been arrested in the first place, much less thrown in prison.

Pardoning the over-exaggerated 1/6 individuals only implies some level of guilt.

i would accept a commutation, as long as the felony conviction remains, removeing any perceived "2nd amendment" solutions these shit birds can dream up.

People that were violent should be charged with vandalism and/or assault as appropriate. If this was an insurrection it was the worst insurrection ever..... In other words, it wasn't. It was a protest that got out of hand like hundreds of other protests across the country. The democrats and the swamp are spinning the event as an insurrection because Orange Man Bad. I believe that Nancey Pelosi and her minions had a heads up that this could happen and did not provide adequate security to the capitol for the purpose of blaming Trump and Trump supporters.
