Apparently, the only thing the Bills promise to do is to be nice to the bones of their ancestors. Considering they are spending over half a billion dollars on the new stadium, it seems like they could give the Seneca Nation a few million since their traditions and land are being directly impacted.

Don't build the stadium besides taxpayers are getting stuck with supporting preferential tax codes to build the stadium. Professional sports teams receive lots of tax $$$$ subsidies.

Don't force the stadium on the backs of taxpayers.

How much are the Bill"s contributing? My guess nothing but high dollar parking and refreshments for the fans.

reparations = would be billed to taxpayers

This is much more complicated than it first appears. I've since found more information and It turns out the Seneca Nation is essentially paying for the Bills stadium via a long standing feud between the tribe and the state of New York. The thread should probably be closed.
