The cops are likely dissuaded from getting involved. Race politics.
I drove through one of the black locales in my midwestern town yesterday evening and the entire block were shooting off pyrotechnic fireworks from the sidewalks into the streets. Illegal in this state. And these were adults mixed in with toddlers.
It was like running through a barrage of artillery fire. I had to speed and run stop signs to get to safety. Large fireworks explosions persisted through the night. Usually followed by fire truck sirens as no doubt houses were set ablaze. No cops anywhere.
Black adults have the intellect of average 14-year-olds.
They need to be relocated into special-needs centers.

Amen. I can't help but wonder how many have quit over the past five years since that is how long it has been now since the George Floyd situation. That mess plus everything that has happened since then has probably cost us no telling how many officers.
