Thrown to the ground and punched in the face.

She went to the police as you should in those circumstances.

Then ICE attacked her, broke her window out and dragged her through it.

A 49 year old mother of two who worked in a nursing home.

Is this really what you guys wanted?

Really?

No. If you read the article, which you clearly didn't, you would clearly see she was attacked by a co-worker, not by ICE.

If she's in the US illegally, deport her. She has no business having a job here, or being here, period.

If she is here illegally and has a job, she has committed ss fraud as well.

LOL!! YOU didn't read it, I did. She was assaulted first by a co-worker, then by ICE.

I did, she obviously didn’t wanna get out of the car. They broke the window and pulled her out and the worst they came up with for an injury was a scratch on her arm from ice. She’s been deported multiple times and kept coming back. See ya later grandma :-)

The incident involving her co worker should be investigated and if there is sufficient evidence to support charges they should be brought none of which changes the fact she was here illegally and thus subject to deportation.
The place she works at needs to be investigated for hiring illegals.

Another charge to boot.
"She refused to open her door and had only slightly opened the window. The officer broke the driver side front window after she failed to heed officer warnings, at which time she opened the door but still refused to comply. This resisting arrest resulted in her being removed from the vehicle by officers," said the ICE statement, in part.

Per the article.
