No. If you read the article, which you clearly didn't, you would clearly see she was attacked by a co-worker, not by ICE.

If she's in the US illegally, deport her. She has no business having a job here, or being here, period.

I did, she obviously didn’t wanna get out of the car. They broke the window and pulled her out and the worst they came up with for an injury was a scratch on her arm from ice. She’s been deported multiple times and kept coming back. See ya later grandma

The incident involving her co worker should be investigated and if there is sufficient evidence to support charges they should be brought none of which changes the fact she was here illegally and thus subject to deportation.
