Sexual "kinks"

I understand that some people say they have sexual "kinks", but the reality is that sex is a fairly universal biological phenomenon. There are specific parts and positions of the body which tend to be universally sexually arousing, because they symbolize fertility.

Likewise, based on the biological relation of sex to procreation, I'm not sure what the rationale is behind certain sexually deviant behaviors or paraphilias, such as pedophilia or zoophilia, since they certainly have no relation to fertility or procreation.

I summed it up pretty simply.

Biologically, sexual arousal is related to the imperative to procreate. Things about the human body which are related to fertility (e.x. breasts) tend to be sexually arousing to most people.

So if someone claims to have a kink or fetish which has no connection to procreation or fertility, then that simply doesn't make sense.
