So this test drive on the Tesla reveals that the car, while on auto pilot, doesn’t recognize that the lane was ending. And when it figures it out, it tries to drive into the semi on his side. The driver had to take over and change lanes manually.

They shouldn’t call this car a Tesla for future marketing sake. Perhaps a Junklà or a $%&#là would be more appropriate.

2:00 mark for meat and potatoes.

I still think self-driving cars are the future and they will be much safer than human drivers. What we need are standards for how they will talk to each other and negotiate situations like this one.

They can’t even make auto spell work right.
