I gave it 2:30. Did not care for her or that seafood dish.
PJ and I tried a supposedly decent restaurant here, I had heard good comments on. I went for some crab legs, lobster tail and vegetables. It came on a plate, in the heat-resistant plastic bag it was obviously cooked in, looking quite a bit like whatever that chick had on the vid. It was nasty, but others seemed to be enjoying similar. We won't be going back.

We have shrimp and seafood boils up here in the PNW, but they don't look anything like that. More like cioppino.

Hubs had one of those Duck Dynasty cooker pots and we'd fill it up with the seafood, some corn on the cob and potatoes and lots of seasonings and butter and a beer. YUM
