My understanding is it hit the night before some conference about the war in Europe now the claim that it would’ve irradiate the planet is foolish. It would irradiate the area around it, likely Putin sent a message right before the meeting. I can tell you right now, Putin could drop a tactical nuke on Kyiv and take out a third of the city maybe half and the US and the European leaders are not going to respond in kind. He knows it and we all know that are intelligent that we’re not gonna go head to head with Russia and risk World War III that ends the planet as we know it.

Zelensky understands the situation. There will be no US or other NATO based countries troops coming to save them. He’s asked for this before and now he wants a European army. It’s not gonna happen. He’s desperate, he doesn’t have enough troops anymore to sustain this long-term and he understands that, no NATO or US troops will fight Russians in that country.
