Maybe after 1986 they were. They did sound a bit synth and repetitive after that. But everything up till then was really good.

To each their own. I struggle enough with headaches everyday, even at work, thanks to my so-called "healthcare system". Hearing Rush would just increase the pain of my existing headache...
