White Pride? GOP Challenger Faces Questions - NBC News
The back-and-forth is the latest skirmish in a broader fight between establishment Republicans and conservative and tea party groups. The Mississippi race is viewed as conservative organizations' best chance to oust a sitting GOP senator in the 2014 midterm elections. The Club for Growth, FreedomWorks, and other national conservative groups have endorsed McDaniel; the National Republican Senatorial Committee in Washington is supporting Cochran, the incumbent.

National establishment Republicans are concerned that insurgent conservative candidates could cost the party critical seats -- and possibly overall control -- of the Senate this year.
:eusa_drool:

Lets hope they do what they always do  say what they really mean lol

Somebody needs to take that guy out. He's poison. It's crap like him that make Republicans look no better than democreeps.

I hope this Establ Repub (coordinated by The Koch's & Adelson's puppet- Rove) against the teavangelists is a real bloodbath :P

Once the GOP subdues the evangelical right, it will draw many more votes from the center.

the left now admires Carl Rove and it's because he's trying to (knee cap) another group of political rivals...

so much for Democracy they wail about eh?

just sad

The mainstream of the GOP now understand that the far right is the past not the future of America.

The radical right is a drag on the GOP because they alienate the moderate voters that thew GOP desperately needs. But I think there is room in our system for a voice from the far right. They just need to start their own party. The GOP has way too much invested in their brand to just piss it away - so they are going to have to throw the most radical on the right under the bus.

But will they make room for a third major party to do it?

These are interesting times.
