You seem to be confusing guccifer 2.0 with the original guccifer.
The original guccifer that hacked into Blumenthal's phone, was a Romanian guy who was caught and put in prison.
guccifer 2.0 has never been caught. Many claim he's a Russian operative.
The problem is, all of the information that he released, was already released. They say the documents he gave out were cut&paste versions of documents already released, with some fake and phony data mixed in.
I find the whole thing questionable. guccifer 2.0 seems more like a copy-cat teen hacker.
At any rate, Roger Stone talked to this guy through his twitter account. This idiot had a twitter feed. Everything that Stone said to Guccifer, and everything Guccifer said back, is... or was... on twitter. According to the FBI report, there is no other evidence of contact between the two, and nothing on the twitter feed was anything worth writing about.
The Democrats are just still in shock that Trump, trumped them, and they are still trying to find something, anything, to blame for their incompetence.
It's actually quite normal. Every socialist system fails, and every time, the politicians always find someone to blame for why their policies failed. This is no different. The Democrats are just grabbing onto any myth they can to figure out why they lost.
