Rock Center? Is it a music show?

Brian Williams has struggled to raise his peculiarly named news show from the ratings doldrums since it's premier (some would say aptly) on Halloween 2011. Why pick a stupid name like "rock center"? What does it mean? Did Williams' handlers decide that he had credibility problems so they needed a boffo name to hammer home the impression that the show was no longer the typical left wing tripe that NBC and Williams is known for?

...Rockefeller Center, where NBC is headquartered.

You know, 30 Rock isn't a sitcom about stones, either.

The CBS suits obviously thought it was a cool name. They're the same people who think paying a top news reader $5-10 million a year is worth it. Knuckleheads.
