For anyone who is old enough to remember, he played "Buz" in the series Route 66.

In the series, he and his buddy traveled all over the country together in a Corvette.

I don't recall ever missing an episode.

My two oldest sisters were in love with that guy.

I think one of those handbills were on my sisters wall. Her 1st husband looked similar to George, now that I think about it.

Correct. I've watched a few episodes on a network called METV.
Brought back some good memories.

Yep. I think MeTV still runs the show at least every weekend late at night if I remember right!

In my area, the show airs at 5 a.m on weekdays.
