Retired RCMP officer charged in foreign interference case in which he helped China

Good work by CSIS, they and CSE may be the only two agencies here we can trust. I've said it before, CSIS needs to investigate and enforce the rules against police agencies within our borders also. Where there are bad apples who abuse/persecute Canadians, they MUST be exposed.
