Poorly written, vague in its its wording, terrible in its implications. 14th must be repealed. Bill of Rights in its entirety has almost been applied through selective incorporion. The 14th has allowed for a weakening of our sovereignty and has been the weapon liberal jurist on the federal courts have used to undermine our culture and society.
