We create processes for things based on certain assumptions. People looking to scam will find a way to scam and I have known plenty of white americans to do it too. Lord only knows how many people out there are getting checks every month because they took their unruly kids and got them diagnosed with some disorder.

Democrats have been the bane of fair and transparent government. DOGE proved that and USDA cutting off aid to Blue States that have corruptly abused the funding is a necessary action.
Those responsible need to be publicly arrested, frog marched, tried, convicted and sent to jail for their crimes against America.
The question arises as to why the Governor and A.G's of both Minnesota and California specifically hid this from the public.
