Question about "no collateral" loans....

I'm looking at some of these "no collateral" personal loans.

Yes, I know the interest rate is high, but I need to consolidate some bills if at all possible.
I've been looking at some online places that use your credit rating and income as "collateral" for a loan.
My credit is about average, so I don't think I will have a problem there. My income isn't that great though.

Does anybody have any experience with these places?

If so, were they any good? What company did you use?
Are there any loan companies/banks that are best right now?
