Question about Illinois Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton.

Is she related to former IL governor William Stratton?

She appears to be a fully black woman, and William Stratton is a White guy. I think she might of married William Stratton’s grandson or something, that’s how she got the last name..

If anyone here is educated on Illinois politics, please inform me..
