Trump wants to build a wall and deputize more ICE agents. Create a public works project and give jobs to unemployed people who want to do something patriotic for their country by building a wall or being a deputized ICE agent. They could even have incentive based bonuses for meeting certain quotas on number of illegals taken into custody. Additionally, with a state of national emergency, ICE should be allowed to raid safe havens such as schools, hospitals, churches, daycare centers, clinics, voting stations, etc.
