Nine prosecutors, including two from Hampton Roads, have formed a coalition that promises to prosecute federal agents who violate local laws in their localities. Ramin Fatehi of Norfolk and Stephanie Morales of Portsmouth are founding members of the group calling itself the Project for the Fight Against Federal Overreach, or FAFO.

“If the federal government won’t hold you accountable, we will,” Fatehi said.

Other founding participants of the group include chief prosecutors from Arlington and Fairfax counties in Virginia; as well as Philadelphia; Dallas and Austin, Texas; Pima County, Arizona; and Minneapolis.

And no they're not immune from prosecution, or can be protected by Trump. This is just getting started. Expect many more prosecutors from around the country to join this effort. Just like the January 6th pussies, they'll be talking tough right up until the point they're snitching on each other and whining like little bitches when the cuffs get put on.

Aren't they still wiping up maga tears from the courthouse floor from the last batch of school girls?

What are all these “laws” and provisions of the constitution that ICE and border enforcement is alleged to be braking?

"My plan to destroy the country that adopted me is working beautifully. You can always find useful idiots who will do anything for money, including setting fire to the United States."

LOL

Ain't happening.

Federal offices carrying out their duties cannot be charged by states or their political subdivisions.

Supremacy Clause immunity (originating from In re Neagle, 1890), which shields federal agents from state criminal prosecution.

No. Arresting law breakers is OK. Reckless manslaughter or murder is not.
Is that why Ashley Babbitt was murdered? Thanks for clarifying.

Although I personally think it was a reckless murder, I'm glad they closed the investigation. It was a bad situation, and she shouldn't have put herself in that position, running towards what she thought was safety behind those doors.

Thanks for that hysterical laugh, I needed it!!!!

No. Arresting law breakers is OK. Reckless manslaughter or murder is not.

Manslaughter is premeditated and planned.
Murder is also premeditated, unless it's dealing with protecting you, your family, your friends, or your property.

The only murder and manslaughter that has been happening for the past 17 years has ALL come from the Dems and their Leftist goons.

The prosecutors don't know the law, don't care or think everyone else is stupid.
