Both the Ottoman Empire and the British Empire kept careful records of land ownership and neither any records of land theft by the Jews but, of course, the Arabs violence was for the purpose of stealing Jewish owned land.

So you acknowledge there was no land theft before the 1948 war, and after the war Israel signed resolution 194, which said those displaced Arabs who would live in peace in Israel could return, but living in peace required they recognize the jurisdiction of the Israeli government, so no one applied to return; then as now, the Palestinians refuse to live in peace with Jews. A property deed is not a license to kill Jews.
