While many manage family size through fewer children to balance quality of life , through opportunities in advancing future productivity for themselves and their offspring , through dual incomes and competent child care , other many manage family size without fathers , while females with excessive children do not claim income for each child from their respective paternal father .
Would expedient paternity tests and ready judgments , for collecting arrears , from negligent fathers , be useful actions by a state to mitigate social system abuses from absent fathers and single mothers engaging in an offense of individual negligence through brood parasitism ?
Any rite of behavior which incurs financial indemnity by a state , to ensure safety or security , may be subject to collection of remittance by a state from the actors , such as in social vice .
