Who will be the first news outlet to project the ultimate winner?
Which of the six key swing state (AZ, NV, NC, WI, MI, PA) will be the first to be projected for one of the candidates?
Which state will be the call to set the winner over the 270 mark?

I expect that AP will be the first to make the call. The networks will largely do what they did back in 2020--hold back and wait for an absurdly high bar to be met, either trying to avoid admitting the result they don't want, or trying to pretend they aren't biased if it's going they way they do want.

If AZ goes for Donald, Fox will be eager to call that state as fast as possible in his favor. About 80% of Arizonians vote by mail, and the state has already begun tallying the votes, which is why the state is often able to be projected relatively early. In the unlikely event that AZ once again votes blue this time around, the networks will once again hold off calling it for Harris until other swing states are called. In that case the first swing state called will probably be Nevada, mainly because it's the seemingly least significant. Nevada's polls close the same as as

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that North Carolina will be the state to set the winner over the mark.

Wisconsin now announcing an operational delay that will add 2 -3 more hours to tallying vote. Could possibly mean WI ends up being the one that sends the winner across the line.
