The Lord Jesus said I came not to condemn the world, but to
save the world.

And the Father sent His Son into the world not to condemn the
world, but that the world might be saved through Him.

"God our Savior . . .wants all people to be saved and to come to
a knowledge of the truth."
1 Timothy 3:4

Back to BELONGING:

We Christians take huge-enormous comfort in the following
Bible verse:

"If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord.
So whether we live or die, we BELONG to the Lord."
Romans 14:8

And you can too.

The Lord Jesus said that He stands at the door of your heart knocking
and that if you will open the door, He will come inside and have
fellowship with you -- which would lead to you receiving the gift
of Eternal Life from Him.

Pray this simple prayer from a sincere heart:

"Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins.
I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord.
Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life.
Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person
you want me to be."

Matthew 7:21, "Not everyone who says to me "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." The verse means that people must DO the will of God the Father to be saved, not simply say the are "Lord." Jesus was teaching that people must make choices in life that reflect their oneness with God, such as how they treat others and what their priorities are. He was also warning that people should not expect to achieve the kingdom by simply saying the right words. So, saying a prayer like yours is a good start. But, not close to what it will take to reach exaltation and be in the kingdom of God.
