You have to say what you see. Lucky for me, my brain is still clear, so I see things as they are. What I see is not complimentary to my home city. The snakes that publish and edit the city newspaper and the skunks that set the programming for local radio did not throw themselves on the mercy of the community after they backed a man that walks like a stick figure, talks like a deranged uncle at family reunion, hung out in the shower with his pre-teen daughter, and had an adulterous, Lolita affair with his current wife decades ago.

There is not much doubt that this world leader was living the city lifestyle all those years ago. The city fell all over itself to put this man in office. They got away with it in 2020 by stacking mail-in votes in closets and suitcases on the wings of a global virus in 2020. When the clown face of the man that was selling influence to the highest bidder was revealed, city media just belatedly moved to the woke underboss, Kamala Harris, that was sitting in the wings in 2024.

When Trump got back in, the city was left with enough egg on its face to start a poultry farm. Introspection is something that’s not done much in this city. It’s a big word. These people will just dig in their heels and double down. They have gone too far, way beyond the point of no return but Keene’s imbibing history offers them hope. They are not going to waste time with all that egg on their faces trying to scramble with an apology-pun intended.

The city's local media knows it has an alcoholic, drug-addled, and very sick population to work with. These people drink hard and die young, but they spend their money and wreck their livers to keep local beer joints working overtime to deliver dementia to the people. Dementia is king in Keene, and it is the chemical vehicle of choice to keep the power structure humming.

The local liberal arts college in the city is led by a virtual doppelganger of Dr. Jill. The academic qualifications are every bit as credible as Barack Obama’s Cracker Jack box birth certificate and the mystery of why anyone would go into debt to send a child there to be educated continues like the Jon Benet Ramsey case. The local media in the city has sore knees from genuflecting to this wokeness center but sore knees are always an occupational hazard to those who bend to the will of tax-evading deep pockets.

The local medical center in the city was inadvertently dispensing free samples of Fentanyl a few years ago and one of my nephews went on a trip he didn’t come back from. City media said: “He died unexpectedly” Well, they got that part right. Now, you would think leaking Fentanyl from a hospital would be a huge story in a respectable city, but it went away and was quickly forgotten in Dementia town. Like a lot of things these days the incident was just scapegoated on a bad apple in the barrel. The leadership at the hospital walked away smelling like a rose and the local media backed that up. City media does not have Woodward and Berstein, what they have is more like Cheech and Chong. Legalized marijuana anyone? When advertising dollars are considered, economic pragmatism holds sway.

Go on Netflix and pull up the movie, Jaws. Do a deep dive into the backstory of that movie and observe how city leaders regarded the health of the community as opposed to reporting threats to the people. All the bars and beer joints are reporting record profits in the city and a large, new state liquor store just opened so the health of the community is A-1 according to the media and city leadership. Nothing to see here folks, move along.

If I offend the sensitivities of those oblivious to what is going down in the city then so be it. Someone has to see reality.

I asked AI to look at it and the critique I got was very similar to reviews I received in 1976 as a journalism student.

This piece presents a scathing critique of the local media, leadership, and social conditions in the writer’s city. The tone is charged with anger, cynicism, and disillusionment, offering an unflinching look at what the writer perceives as the moral and ethical failings of local institutions. Here’s a breakdown of its key elements:

1. Tone and Language

  • The tone is highly accusatory and confrontational. The writer uses phrases like "snakes," "skunks," and "clown face" to describe people in positions of power, including politicians, media outlets, and the local medical establishment. These words create an immediate sense of distrust and disdain.
  • The language is vivid, at times exaggerated, and laced with sarcasm. References to "Dementia town" and "imbibing history" are designed to highlight what the writer sees as the moral decline of the city.

2. Theme of Corruption and Neglect

  • The piece critiques the media's complicity in promoting what the writer sees as corrupt leaders (implicitly referencing figures like Joe Biden and Donald Trump) and their failures to hold these individuals accountable.
  • There’s a recurring theme of poor decision-making and disregard for the health and well-being of the city’s residents. The writer argues that local leaders and institutions are more focused on profit, influence, and maintaining the status quo than addressing real issues like drug addiction and public health crises.
  • The use of Fentanyl by the local medical center, and its subsequent minimization by the media, serves as a key example of institutional failures that go unreported or inadequately addressed.

3. Critique of Local Institutions

  • The writer harshly criticizes local media for failing to perform its duty to inform and investigate. This is exemplified by references to the city’s media being likened to "Cheech and Chong," suggesting an unserious, possibly incompetent nature.
  • There is a sharp rebuke of the local liberal arts college, described as a “wokeness center” with dubious academic standards. This reflects a broader critique of what the writer sees as an academic environment more interested in ideology than education.
  • The medical center's scandal with Fentanyl is presented as a microcosm of the city’s inability to confront and resolve real issues, further strengthening the critique of local institutions.

4. Symbolism of Addiction and Dementia

  • Dementia is used symbolically throughout the piece as a metaphor for the city's collective state—an unwillingness or inability to face the truth, accompanied by a widespread acceptance of damaging behaviors (like substance abuse).
  • The reference to "dementia" also suggests a loss of clarity, both individually and collectively, regarding the path the city is on. This reflects a broader theme of moral and social decay.

5. Cynicism and Pessimism

  • The writer expresses a deep sense of pessimism, seeing little hope for change in the city. The phrase “beyond the point of no return” and the sarcastic dismissal of introspection indicate that the writer believes the city's problems are so entrenched that they cannot be fixed.
  • There’s an element of resignation in the conclusion: “Someone has to see reality,” implying that the writer feels isolated in their view of the city, and those who disagree are living in denial.

Strengths:

  • Passionate and Provocative: The writer’s passion and clear sense of moral outrage come through strongly, which can engage readers who share their concerns.
  • Vivid Imagery and Metaphor: The piece uses strong metaphors (e.g., "Dementia is king," "egg on its face") that paint a grim picture of the city’s state.
  • Clear Critique of Institutions: The piece offers a direct and unflinching critique of the media, education, and medical systems, making it clear where the writer places blame for the city's perceived decline.

Areas for Improvement:

  • Balance and Nuance: The piece tends to generalize and use sweeping language that may alienate readers who do not share the same perspective. There is little acknowledgment of potential positive aspects of the city or its institutions, which could make the piece feel overly harsh and one-sided.
  • Tone Considerations: The combative tone might limit the effectiveness of the critique, as readers who disagree may dismiss the piece as overly inflammatory rather than engaging with the substance of the arguments.
  • Clarification of Sources: The piece could benefit from more specifics or sources to back up claims, especially regarding the Fentanyl incident and the alleged manipulation of elections. This would lend credibility and depth to the argument.
In summary, the piece is an emotionally charged, vivid critique of a city's moral and social decay, framed through the lens of political disillusionment and institutional failure. While the writer’s passion and clear point of view are strengths, the piece could benefit from a more balanced approach to appeal to a broader audience.

Have you figured out what I have? I got everything and more from a basic AI program than I could ever get from any college course in writing. I do not need a professor to guide me through a journey on persuasive writing and I certainly do not need to go into debt to pay for it. And neither do you or your children.

AI did give you important things to consider if you weren't too dumb to recognize them. With your insulting tone, one sided view, and lack of credible sources, Your silly rant has no more credibility than a rant by Glen Beck or Alex Jones. On top of that, you seem to think you are really smart for writing all that down. I won't even get into the craziness that is the thrust of your effort.

You have no idea how much you reveal about yourself. You are completely influenced by legacy media to the extent of blind indoctrination. Glen Beck and Alex Jones spearhead a movement in the US and both have been remarkably accurate in their observations. It is not looking good for you or your minions going forward.

That is exactly the response to be expected from a batshit crazy MAGA cult member.

You never fail to reveal the inner workings of your twisted mind.
Your community must be keeping an eye on you
