Autonomous? Most likely no. We haven't mastered a self driving car yet. A Terminator seems a little out of our grasp.

Lol, yeah I couldn't help but laugh at you mentioning them not even being able to get the self-driving cars working properly, but I don't see that EVER being 100% error free.

He was on television. If you go to Google, and type in Pope concerned about AI Killing machines, you may be able to bring up the video clip with the pope talking about his fears of an AI controlled killing machine being developed at some point in the future.
