Last night I listened to a legal analyst reviewing all of the court cases against Trump and the floor has practically fallen out of ALL of them. And even if it doesn't in 1-2 of them, the prosecution will now look like shitheels trying to nail Trump to a cross for some penny-ante charge.

Then there is the matter of Trump having tried unsuccessfully to get tighter SS protection and Bullseye Biden's DOJ having repeatedly TURNED HIM DOWN.

Actually, Pennsylvania is moving into the territory of not being a toss up when you take all parties into account. I don't even know why they poll for just two people in the race when there are obviously more than two people in the race.

What Democrats are soon to realize is that they cannot replace Biden on the Democrat ticket. Nobody else wants the job anymore.
Harris, Newsome, Whitmer etc... all have political futures they do not want to risk by losing to Trump.
2028 is not that far off for them.
