It's obvious that the DNC went to Biden and told him: "Hey Joe. We're SUNK without you in the race. You gotta run otherwise Trump is a surefire SHOE IN for 2020!" The question is, what did they offer him to run? Maybe the plan is that Joe has a health problem and only a short time to live they are keeping secret. A few months after he's in office, he announces it, can't do his job anymore then they appoint his goofy VP to replace him!
