Police Officer Laid to Rest

CCPD and America lost a hero this week. He was killed in the line by a drunk driver. He was on the force for 7 years I think. This was after two decades in the US Military and fighting for his new country in the Middle East..he was born in Colombia. A second officer was badly injured in the accident. He is survived by his wife and 3 daughters.

So sad. Here in KY if an officer has someone pulled over you BETTER get in the left lane on a highway or slow and get as far to the left otherwise. Everyone does it too.

Guys were racing. The injured officer pulled them over. The officer who was killed was the 2nd or 3rd unit to show up. A drunk driver stopped vehicles and killed the officer

They laid to rest 135 Police Officers who died in the line of duty in 2019. They also laid to rest 28 K-9 dogs killed in the line of duty.
