My workouts are timed to last as long as the Podcasts so I am pretty prejudiced to the ones I listen to:

Walking/Jogging: (about 1 hour)
Slate Political Gabfest, Freakenomics, This American Life, Wait, Wait; Don't Tell Me. Adam Carolla

Weight Lifting: (15-20 minutes)
Upper Body:
Planet Money, Star Talk Radio, Who's Paying Attention

Lower Body: (30-minutes to an Hour)
Only A Game (WGBH Boston), Culture Gabfest. Marketplace Money Report.
 
I wish I could do an exercise routine, but alas. It will never be again..Enjoy it while you can...
