Been wanting one for awhile and this one popped up on Marketplace. Going to need a little work, especially replacing those metal fenders with nice, soft plastic.

What's wrong with keeping the metal fenders?
It started out life as a swivel dolly, but now it's fixed.

With the swivel, the steering is locked and the swivel limits the side to side motion of the front end.

With a fixed dolly, you must leave the steering unlocked, and there is nothing to limit range of motion. Cut a turn too tight, and it may be a catastrophe of metal car fender meeting metal dolly fender.

Oh, I see. Yeah, that makes sense.
