Supposedly former US soldier married to a Nigerian, in Nigeria, wife died, he lost everything and needs help getting back to the US....... Will pay you back when he gets home......

I suspect no matter what Nigeria ever does in the future, it will never shake the scam thingy. As old as the internets theyselves.
