There have been countless mathematicians and scientists who became believers through their work in such definitive disciplines and I may understand the connection. When I was teaching myself advanced calculus and algebra a few years ago (much of.which I forgot or would need a primer again to apply much of it confidently today) I couldn't help but associate the beauty of how it all worked, how man created this construct, how impressive our species mind must be in order to be the originator of these theories and laws. It was similar for coding and the application of alogoritms and logic in the coding process. It was so perfect and I was addicted to it. It had the feeling of being closer to G-d, knowing that through him, we were able to take the abstract and imperically map out.the impossible. We could even teach anyone willing to learn just how to do it. It is as profund as watching the sun rise, the flowers grow, the birds fly and the schools of dolphins communicate among themselves. The most complex concepts have always been there but somehow we find them.
