True Mongols have nothing to do with the modern so-called "Mongols". Modern Mongols are Evenks, and real Mongols are the Great Mughals of Central Asia and India. Probably related to the Parthians and Kushans.
They acted in alliance with the Tokhars (Tatars, Yuezhi). The Tocharian language is the first of the known Indo-Aryan languages, it is the direct ancestor of ancient Latin, related to the Vedic.
Thus Tocharians are Indo-Aryans.
