St. Louis has had an extremely troubled past. Several other areas in the U.S. that are heavily "packed" black in population have also suffered a similar & tragic fate. The problem has been identified as a two fold problem by the Sociology field: 1) Blacks being coached to become state dependents by the field of profe$$ional politicians. 2) Somewhat related to the first problem... Blacks that become state dependents find it next to impossible to diversify then assimilate into American culture. Caucasians(Whites) that become state dependents exhibit similar traits but GENERALLY not as severe. Many Middle Eastern folks(not so much Jewish folks) also show assimilation problems but the problem is more centered or @ least related to religious beliefs. Do not look for any short term improvement in the heavily packed Black populated areas in the USA, as these areas are a MAJOR fertile political assest for the RepubliCratic Duopoly Party(RCDP) profe$$ional politician$.Another Portland in the making. I hope they enjoy their toilet.
