On merging threads....

no... it isn't.

but there are so many threads flying around on the same topic sometimes that things aren't always a perfect fit.

i wouldn't go feeling victimized if i were you.

and perhaps certain people should actually look before they post yet another thread on the topic that's being discussed ad infinitem.

I don't think it's done to stop certain conversations but it is damned annoying. Who cares how many threads there are on one topic? Usually they each are discussing certain nuances and have a nice flow until they get merged into one big, huge, pain in the fucking ass cluster.
