More and more people have just started completely ignoring the denier cult, with the BBC being the latest to stop giving air time to crazy people.

Yes, the deniers will shout they're being censored. So do flat-earthers, homeopaths, anti-vaxxers and anti-flouridators. Nobody cares.

The dirty hippies and bloggers made the rout of the deniers possible. We were like the defenders at the Alamo, fighting a holding action against the billions of dollars from the fossil fuel interests. That bought time for a bigger conventional army to muster.

Of course, the bloggers and dirty hippies all survived to see the victory, so it's not quite like the Alamo.
