Notifications glitched?

It says I have 81 new notifications but my message folders are empty. It just started doing this today I think.

It just clicked up to 82?

I clicked on it just before it disappeared and it took me to a page in my profile I didnt even know existed. It appeared to show every post which involved me being quoted.

Yep, thats what it is. Every time someone quotes me it notifies me. Is this a new feature? In two years I never noticed it.
