The teams seem to be going to the same well to find new coaches- guys who are already in the league in one capacity or another.
Baltimore and Pittsburgh and other teams shopping should think about going to the nation's penal institutions and look at guys being released to lead their teams.
A lot of guys in the joint are totally devoted to football, and know the game inside and out, all the stats, plays, etc. Getting someone who have devoted their entire 8 or 10 year stretch to studying the game might be a new way of filling the jobs.
