Bill in Maryland, recognizing nothing really. This could spell relief for school shooters, meth dealers, car jackers, and armed robbers etc. because they haven't peaked yet mentally. How about all those 18 year olds we give guns to and send them around the world to protect corporate interests? Shold we only recruit 40 year olds? More "study" needed. Debate continues on bill preventing youth under 25 from facing 1st degree murder charge

The same people that are pushing for children to have genital mutilation, chemical castration & the ability to vote also believes anyone under 25 isn't mentally mature enough to recognize the consequences of actions & shouldn't face felony charges.

That sums up the circular logic that cripples the lefts ability to use reason
