So far it’s been “ Pluribus “ ( Strange World Ending SciFi with great character developments and unforeseen plot twists ) and “ Spartacus : House of Ashur “ ( taking popular original gore fest series through a alternate universe ending manifested in the Underworld by a vengeful Demigod or was it a dream ? ) I also am hopeful for new depths of despair from the new season of “SILO “ ( Post apocalyptic Survival in an underworld Future series soon dropping season 3 )

We are liking Plur1bus for sure.
Viewers need to take into account that Vince Gill puts a LOT of effort into character development and story development. So it is not a fast moving story.
Just like Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, those shows - the first seasons, a lot of character development is done to set the stage for what is coming.
Having said that, the first episodes so far has had a fair amount of "stuff happening", pretty sure I am right about some of the shocks to come, in particular what the infected are eating.
Besides that, there is no way to know what is coming, Gill will make sure of that.

I will have to take a look at the Spartacus, I wasn't aware of it.

Start with the Original series and its follow up called “Spartacus: Blood & Sand “ and get the whole picture . I went on a Roman kick after this first two series ended and found “ Domina “ ( Series that fleshes out real Characters from the greatest that Rome had to offer at its peak ) but if you do not have time for the others House of Ashur is full on Roman with all the spectacle

Watched Friday's episode last night "HPD"
I was right!! I guessed what the "infected" are eating. I guessed that about 20 minutes in the first episode.

Also - possible spoiler.......

The "Las Vegas man" said something where the "infected" believe they will all die of starvation in 7-8 years. Soooo.... I believe the "virus" was not given to humans to make the world more peaceful etc. - but to make us all die. And the show is going to end up with the aliens who made the "virus" appearing to take over the planet they got without firing a shot

The premise of this show sounds dumb to me, one women is immune of feeling happy while other's are infected and they want to know what makes her different

is it actually and interesting watch?

I havent heard of any of these shows lol. What platforms are they on?

most are on streaming, apple, hulu/disney, paramount + or netflix

the big vintage 3 with 3 letters don't have the coin for such shows

It is Vince Gillgan (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul)
Everything the man touches is good. But you have to be patient to get past the first couple eps.

Episode 7 had “ Lost “ season 1 greatness ( G-d I hope Carol goes Bi for the Latin Guy )

Land Man is good.
Billy Bob Thornton is too good.
"The mosquitoes are so big, they can **** a turkey flat-footed"

I’m revisiting Murderbot , and am trying to keep up with Spartacus : House of Ashur , and patiently awaiting season 3 of SILO

I did read the creator made some great shows, breaking bad was excellent, could not really get into better call saul but maybe I did not give it a chance to ramp up, maybe and episode or two, I could always go back and find it

might be on netflix or hulu or other places

It is on Netflix.
Better Call Saul is a slower build than Breaking Bad. I would say at least half the first season is primarily story/character development. But it is well-well worth your time. It is a reasonable argument to say BCS is better than BB. I disagree, but it is definitely in the top 10 of all time as far as TV series go.

Finishd “ Murderbot “ for second go round ( including final episode that I missed due to travel and failed to watch on return ) and I have to say , the ending was kinda heartfelt & emotional and I really look forward to season two . I recommend Murderbot to everyone in this thread tree
