Looks really nice. The engine has a very good, mellow tone to it. It is not overly baffled. Is the 400 a single or a twin?

EFI 4-valve single. The big 650 (actually, 638cc) Burgman is a twin.

400 a good size. I would imagine a 650 would throw the balance off on the thing. What they can do these days with the smaller cc engines is amazing. A 600 today can do what a 750 could only dream about a few years back.

Though still called a Burgman, the 650 is, essentially, completely different. I'm not sure ANY mechanical parts interchange.
