When doing the hard work is too hard, go after the low hanging fruit.

The truth is this, both the lower hanging fruit your referring to and high hanging fruit are still criminals. They meet the qualifications of being arrested and deported.

In almost 50 YEARS she couldn’t have bothered to become a US citizen? She didn't even get a green card after being married to a US citizen.

I have zero sympathy for her or her family.

The article is unclear as she has been compliant for 2 decades. Did you read the article?

Family members say Kashanian has no criminal record and has remained compliant with immigration rules. She has lived in the U.S. since the late 1970s on a student visa, which expired. Two decades ago, she was granted a stay of deportation, which allowed her to remain in the U.S. under supervision.

The article says she had a stay of deportion. Can that be removed? Sure but that is what I described.

If she couldn't manage to become legal in 47 years that's on her
She's been compliant immigration and living under supervision. Article doesn't say she doesn't have a green card. Does say her student visa expired decades ago.

The US is supervising. Time to go

She was here legally. Miller pitched a fit so this is who ICE goes after.

She was here under US supervision. She can be deported. She's NOT a US citizen

I realize that chaffs your nuts but it's reality

I didn't say she couldn't be. You can address what I say or create a straw man to argue.
