Take one ultra-stereotypical Italian mobster, and move him to a small community in Norway.
And see what happens.
Really funny.

Like a lot of shows - you have to watch at least 3 before you can get into the characters etc.
Having to read the subtitles when people are speaking Norwegian is a definite drawback, but IMO not that bad once you get used to it
