My customer upgraded my Hotel accommodations. Not sure if he's trying to kill me

So we just checked in and got to our room after a 15 hour day and this is the view outside my door...

The first check cleared so I dunno. I charged 4k labor plus hotel fees for this bathroom that is worth maybe 2k. Finished it in 4 days. I'm getting the same price for the second bathroom that is basically the same size and the same price for 1100 sq ft of LVP.
He had quotes from local people that totaled thousands less than me so he knew my price was high.

The casino is pretty cool and it's nice to get away even though it's close
