There needs to be a law holding judges, DA's and prosecutors accountable for going to lenient on criminals. So many times we've seen criminals turned lose on the streets after a substantial record proves they're simply not fit for society. Like that guy who plowed through that parade and killed people. The dude was a mad man who never should've been let lose to start with.
And in this case.
I'm not sure what kind of punishment these judges, DA's and prosecutors should face, since they're not the ones who are actually committing the crimes. But if they turns a violent criminal lose, and that person creates another victim, nothing what so ever happens to those responsible for turning them lose.
Obviously putting them in jail would create a huge back log of cases, since they'd be locked up.
So what's the solution? Should these people be fined, censured or what? If it was rare for this to happen, it wouldn't be too big of a deal. But seems this is happening a LOT now days.
