I, as most people, thought that Mussolini was a Dictator. He was good pals with Hitler, after all.

I should jolly well think so .

Lots of English people loved Dear Uncle Addy pre-war who had a reputation for being a soft spoken man in private who was doted to children ------in a non Biden way , and animals .
We could have done with him as our Transport Minister and had a decent road system which we still lack a century later .

I guess it all comes down to the definition of "Dictator". It has never been proven that Charles Manson ever murdered a single soul yet he spent the remainder of his life in prison for the crime of mass murder. So, what are the definitions of mass murderer and dictator? Raise of hands anyone?

The problem with Manson is that the smartest people I know insist that was a False Flag for a variety of reasons and that Manson never went to prison other than when he very occasionally returned for a few hours to give a newspaper interview .
There is a long and complex report on the full case but far too "way out" for this Chat site .
Details by PM if you wish .

I have no idea how you define Mass Murderer because I think as simple examples you would have to incude the Kyiv Mad Midget and the insane Nutty Yahoo .
Equally , board members of the NIH who lied about Killer Vaccines and all the board members of those companies that produced them .
etc etc
It becomes highly complex and the list would involve many thousands currently , let alone historically .

As for" Dictator " -- far too complex for me to define because I would argue that it starts with only two people involved and is made up from the Physical , Verbal and Emotional with much of it lying behind closed doors .
From there you are asking for a label that also stretches to cover the likes of Attila and Ghengis Khan , let alone IQ-2.0 .

So, not helpful --- but I tried .

One problem those roads would have been built on the dead bodies of his enemies.

Had Manson been free to roam the city it would have been a secret impossole to maintain.

Mine was a rhetorical question but I would suggest that many (such as Bush Jr.) are lap dogs who "take the fall" for the actual Dictators.
